Pace & Pattern is a sustainable approach to goal-setting. It is a subtractive as well as additive method meant to help you simplify your schedule & to-do list by focusing on what matters most.  This 5-step process is designed to empower you to choose a few meaningful goals that align with your values and integrate them into your real life.

This method is a work in progress. My hope is that you will join me in this Pace & Pattern adventure and that it will impact your life as much as it has impacted mine and that you will share your thoughts and ideas along the way so we can make it better and better!

Start the adventure of casting a big-picture vision for where you are right now and where you want to go. Step 1 will help walk you through writing a vision statement, so you can start the process of deciding what matters most and where you want to use your precious resources of time and attention.
